Welcome! Ohio Advocates for Medical Freedom invites you to our FREE “Medical Freedom 101: Engaging Your Community and Affecting Legislative Policies” crash course event with Sheila Lewis Ealey, Dr. Sherri Tenpenny, and Attorney Josh Brown on August 3, 2019. Presentations will take place starting at 1:00pm at the Hilliard Civic and Cultural Arts Center, located in Hilliard, Ohio.
Following the presentations there will be a screening of Vaxxed: From Cover Up to Catastrophe, concluding with some talk-back time for questions and answers.
For those who would like to spend more time with Sheila one-on-one, we will be hosting a birthday dinner for her following the event and we’d love to have you, so make sure to select that option when you reserve your ticket (vegan and gluten-free options will be available).

Sheila Lewis Ealey – Warrior Mom-Activist, featured in Vaxxed: From Cover Up to Catastrophe
Sheila Lewis Ealey was the former founder and director of the Creative Learning Center of Louisiana for 10 years. It was a small therapeutic day school for severe children on the autism spectrum and children diagnosed with other nonverbal intellectual disabilities beginning at age 8. She currently serves on the board of the Autism Center Austin. Sheila is the wife of a former United States Coast Guard Officer, spending more than 16 years of his 26 years of service traveling around the world supporting his love and duty to our country. She is also the mother of four children, three daughters and her son, Temple, who was diagnosed with severe autism disorder at 18 months. Temple is now 19 and considered moderate and emerging. Over the years, she has self-educated herself in the use of natural forms of healing the body and brain through diet, educational and therapeutic back and forth engagement and more importantly, a gamut of biomedical treatments. Her formal education includes a bachelor of arts in Mass Communication, a master’s of education in Curriculum and Instruction in special education grades K through 12, and she is currently working on a doctorate in Educational Leadership in special education grades K through 12. Sheila has also dedicated years to vaccine choice advocacy throughout the country.
Dr. Sherri Tenpenny – Tenpenny Integrative Medical Center
Dr. Sherri Tenpenny is respected as one of the country’s most knowledgeable and outspoken physicians regarding the negative impact vaccines can have on health. In addition to vaccines, Dr Tenpenny is an expert on many topics within the field of Integrative Medicine. She speaks frequently on breast health, women’s health, natural approaches to thyroid and adrenal conditions. Dr. Tenpenny is a graduate of the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio. She received her medical training at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. Dr. Tenpenny was board certified in Emergency Medicine through 2005 and has been board certified in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine since 1995. Prior to her career in integrative medicine, Dr. Tenpenny served as director of the Emergency Department at Blanchard Valley Regional Hospital Center in Findlay, Ohio, from 1987 to 1995. In 1994, she and a partner opened OsteoMed, a medical practice in Findlay limited to the specialty of osteopathic manipulative medicine. In 1996, Dr. Tenpenny moved to Strongsville, Ohio, and founded Tenpenny Integrative Medical Center (formerly OsteoMed II), expanding her practice and her vision of combining the best of conventional and alternative medicine. In 2004, the medical practice moved to Middleburg Heights, Ohio where the clinic currently resides.
Attorney Josh Brown – Government Relations Counsel at Graff & McGovern
Attorney Josh Brown is Government Relations Counsel at Graff & McGovern serving clients through direct lobbying of legislative bodies including the Ohio General Assembly, local government boards and commissions, and initiating and defending claims within courts and administrative agencies. With over a decade of experience working in Ohio’s political and policy circles, Josh has a successful track record representing trade associations, non-profits, public entities, and businesses. He has advocated for clients in a diverse array of policy areas, including public safety, ethics, workers compensation, health care, taxes, infrastructure, education, fiscal responsibility, and finance. Josh attended The Ohio State University receiving his Bachelors Degree in Political Science and Economics. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law.
