CALL 2 ACTION for ADALINE DEAL and Conscientious Right 2 Refuse legislation!

FAMILY member of VICE PRESIDENT JD VANCE DENIED HEART TRANSPLANT at CINCINNATI Children’s HOSPITAL

Adaline is a 12-years old and being denied a life-saving heart transplant at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Why? Because her parents have refused to comply with the Hospital’s mandatory COVID and flu vaccine policy because of their deeply held religious beliefs. Their request for a religious exemption has been denied!

Adaline's story is not an isolated case. Families across Ohio, including the Donaldson family in Cleveland, have faced similar vaccine status discrimination. These tragic situations highlight a critical issue: Ohio's legislature has repeatedly failed to pass legislation to protect families like Adaline's from being denied care based on vaccine choices.

It's time for change, and we believe this time the OH legislature will listen. Adaline is the sister-in-law of Vice President JD Vance’s sister, Chelsea Deal, and her story is now at the forefront of Ohio's medical freedom fight. With President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance leading the charge to Make America Healthy Again (MAHA), now is the time for Ohio's leaders to take action.

This is a fight for religious freedom, medical rights, and the life of a young girl. Let's make sure Adaline gets the care she deserves! Please act NOW!

One-Click Advocacy Campaign

Quickly and easily send hospital administrators and Ohio lawmakers the below messages via our One-Click Campaign.

Basic Contact InfoYour contact info is required to ensure that your message makes it to the appropriate legislators based on your residence and so they may reach back out to you with any follow-up questions.

Message to Hospital Administration:

Dear [hospital administrator], I am reaching out to you regarding your hospital's vaccination policy as it relates to transplant patients. It is my belief that transplant patients should have the option to decline vaccinations of their choice for religious and conscientious reasons. It is my understanding that individuals should not be denied essential healthcare based on their sincerely held religious or conscientious beliefs. I urge you to reconsider policies that unjustly limit access to care for patients who choose not to be vaccinated due to their deeply held beliefs. Everyone deserves access to the healthcare they need without facing discrimination for their religious beliefs or personal convictions. Sincerely, [your name]

Message to Ohio Lawmakers:

Dear [Ohio lawmaker], I am writing to urge your support for Representative Jennifer Gross' Conscientious Right to Refuse Act, which would protect Ohioans from discrimination based on their vaccine status. This critical legislation ensures that individuals can make informed, personal choices about their health without facing consequences that could limit their access to essential healthcare, employment, or other vital services. By supporting this bill, you would stand up for the rights of Ohioans to make decisions based on their deeply held religious or conscientious beliefs, promoting both health freedom and fairness for all citizens. I strongly encourage you to take action and support this important measure. Sincerely, [your name]

Thanks for submitting!
